We do not require you to register an account or provide identifiable personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the core functions of the Application. All profile customization data remains locally on your device.
### B. Health and Fitness Data
To provide fitness tracking capabilities, the Application processes:
- **Body Metrics:** Height, weight, age, and gender used to calculate Body Mass Index (BMI) and macronutrient requirements.
- **Activity Data:** Step counts, water consumption logs, active streaks, and completed workout logs.
- **Health Connect Integration:** If you explicitly grant permission, the Application reads and writes fitness data from/to Google Health Connect to sync your steps and activities across your fitness apps.
**Note:** All health and fitness calculations are performed completely on-device. We do not store this information on external servers.
### C. Device Permissions
To enable advanced features, the Application may request the following permissions:
- **Physical Activity / Sensors:** Required for real-time step tracking using the device's pedometer sensors.
- **Camera:** Required exclusively for the **Form Coach** feature to analyze exercise posture using ML Kit Pose Detection on-device. Camera streams are processed in real-time and are never recorded, saved, or uploaded.
- **Notifications:** Required to send scheduled workout reminders and daily hydration alerts.

### Google AdMob
The Application integrates Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use pseudonymous device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements, perform analytics, and prevent fraud.
